I’m going to a Natasha Bedingfield concert tonight. It’s sponsored by Cosmopolitan magazine and I’m excited about it. They might give away some free stuff but I doubt it. Usually at People magazine events they give you “goodie” bags at least with the magazine. Cosmo, I have a feeling though won’t be as generous. Another good this about the People magazine events is an open bar. Oh well even if they don’t give me any free stuff or have an open bar Natasha Bedingfield is an amazing artist so it should be fun. I’ll probably write a review about it tomorrow. TTFN.

My bff and I are going to see Tina Turner tonight. I won the tickets, seeing her is not really something I would pay for so that is why we are going. It should be fun if nothing else it’s an adventure, we are going to take New Jersey transit which I’ve never done, and I don’t think she has either. It will be a good test run if we ever have to go to the Prudential Center again. When we saw American Idols Live there we paid like $150 to be driven both ways which was a pain in the ass. At least this way if there is every anything we want to go to at Prudential we’ll know how too. Like for example if that is the nearest arena David Cook plays at when he goes on tour. Anyway TTFN. Oh by the way I talked my mom into going to the parade tomorrow, and this year my sister might even come! And on another note I saw Twilight and liked it, the book was a lot better but it was pretty good (I’d probably give it a 7 out of 10), Edward and Bella were perfectly cast.

David Cook and his newly formed band will be the musical guest tonight on Saturday Night Live and I am very excited to see it. From what I hear David’s band is full of very talented people and I’m sure they will be amazing. Two of his new band members were in a band in Tulsa called Midwest Kings with David.
Ben Affleck will be hosting the show so it should be a very funny episode. Every other time Affleck has hosted it has been very funny so I’m sure tonight will be no different. So while I have not been completely satisfied with SNL this season tonight’s episode will not only have an amazing musical guest it will also have a great host. That’s all for not, TTFN!

David Cook has a new single out today! It’s called “Light On” and it’s amazing! Here’s just a taste of it (the chorus) :Try to leave a light on when I’m gone
Something I rely on to get home
One I can feel at night
A naked light, a fire to keep me warm
Try to leave a light on when I’m gone
Even in the daylight, shine on
And when it’s late at night you can look inside
You won’t feel so alone
If you can’t wait for radio stations to play it here’s a link to where you can hear it:

I can’t add more except to say that Cook is an amazing singer and songwriter! I can’t wait till his album comes out on November 18, 2008, only 56 more days!
