No I won’t be talking about mine. I just saw the movie Sex Drive and I have to say it excided my expectations. I’d have to give it I guess four stars out of five and I figured maybe the highest I would give it was three but my initial estimate was two and a half. Now let me explain why I liked this movie so much. First of all I like stupid funny movies like Superbad so I figured I would like it. However that being said while this was a slapstick comedy it had a plot and one that you could follow. It was very funny and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone interested in seeing it. I’m sure most people would probably just think it was a stupid slapstick comedy but there actually is plot in there which is refreshing. That’s all for now TTFN!

To me a movie is bad when I walk away from it thinking “Why did I just spend hours of my life watching this?” It is important to note the difference between trash and bad. Trash can be good but bad is always bad. Although I’m sure even the worst movie has at least one person that likes it.

A bad movie leaves you one or several of the following emotions: confused, sad, hopeful it will get better, and/or angry. A really bad movie will leave you with a roller costar of those emotions. First you’re confused, completely lost and have no clue what’s going on. Then you’re sad that you have been wasting your time watching this. At some point you become hopeful, you think, “This has got to get better, it can’t get worse.” Lastly you are angry; on some occasions you might be furious to the point where you literally try to break the DVD, pissed off that you wasted minutes and hours watching this piece of shit.

                Don’t see this movie, well I shouldn’t say that. What I should say is wait for it to come on TV, don’t pay to see it. It’s cute and I love me some McDreamy but I’m really glad that I didn’t pay to rent this movie. I’m not saying it’s the worst movie ever made, I’m just saying it’s far from the best. As far as romantic comedies go it did its job, it was cute and funny but there was just something about it I didn’t like. I think it’s because I loved My Best Friend’s Wedding and this seems like a cheap remake but this time with a guy. Sure there were differences but the basic plot was the same, except for the end. In this case McDreamy successfully gets the girl, in My Best Friend’s Wedding Julia Roberts does not succeed in breaking the happy couple up. Oh well I just wasn’t crazy about this movie but that’s just my opinion if it comes on TV watch it for yourself maybe you’ll like it.
