I am in serious need of a job. Until I looked at my bank balance I didn’t realize just how much working at Macy’s was helping me out. It is so frustrating having a college degree and not being able to find a job. I hate this economy and I hate feeling like I wasted four years of my life in college. If I knew I was going to have to end up working retail I would have started right out of high school. If I did that at least by now I might have moved up the retail chain, maybe to manager. Oh well for now I’ll keep considering selling my eggs for money, at least while it might be painful I’ll be making about $8,000. Oh well TTFN.

Tomorrow I have to get up at 5:30 AM as I usually do on Tuesdays. Also as usual I should be sleeping right now but I’m not tired. So I figured what better to do with my time then blog. I figured since I have to write for today anyway why not write about not wanting to get up. Except for the fact that I have to get up so early it’s an easy $20, actually $10 because I do it with my bff. It is also a little easier knowing that I am not the only one getting up so early. At least I didn’t have to do it today which is usual. Oh well TTFN, I guess I’ll go try and fall asleep. 

Well today was an average Sunday we went shopping at Target. Since the flyer comes out on Sundays we usually end up going there. I didn’t get much but, I did get what I needed. I wanted to get three boxes of Multi-Grain Cheerios because they were on sale 3 for $8. I also got a new bra, because it was on sale and I don’t have very many comfortable bras. So if the brand I like goes on sale I usually get it. I was a bit annoyed because when I paid I realized it was only $1 off but then I figured that is still $1 less then I had to spend. In other news I’m excited I don’t have to get up at 5:30 tomorrow like I usually do on Mondays so yay! Anyway TTFN!  

I am so bored right now and I have no clue how to fix that problem. In about three hours I’ll be going to see the movie Doubt which I have been dying to see since I read the play a few years ago. I wanted to see the play but I never got around to it. The movie should be really good because it has a bunch of amazing actors in it: Meryl Streep, and Amy Adams just to name a few. Philip Seymour Hoffman is in it too, a lot of people think he is amazing but I’m not really too fond of his work. Anyway TTFN!

Okay so here is what happened, my mom got me a very nice hoodie from Aeropostale. It was black and fur lined (although I think it was probably fake fur) and very nice. The only problem was that it was a large and I need extra large. So I went to return it yesterday and waited on the line for like a half hour to finally return it. They said that the return will be for the price it is now which was $30. It was originally $100 and my mom got it on sale fo $50 so she was complaining that I wasted her money and she lost $20 because she had the reciept, so I could have gotten the full refund. So she started yelling and cursing at me and the spirit of Christmas was no more, but I guess I should have figured it wouldn’t last any longer then just Christmas day. So TTFN!

I hope everyone had a very Merry and safe Christmas. I also want to tell anyone who might be reading this to please remember not to drink and drive! That being said I hope Santa got everyone what they wanted; I got a bunch of really nice clothes. My mom got some stuff from Aeropostal and my sister got me a few cloths from there as well along with a nice new pair of sneakers that I really needed. I also got around $200 in money and gift cards which was cool. My mom cooked dinner and my sister, brother-in-law, their five kids, my brother-in-law’s parents, sister, her husband and their two kids, and lastly my aunt and uncle. All in all it was a nice Christmas and there managed to be no huge fights, for a change. So “Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!”

Well tonight is Christmas Eve and for the eight time I will be going with my bff and her parents to her cousin’s house. I love going because ever since that first Christmas I went I’ve been treated like family. They always include me and get me a gift, which is nice but it is also nice to be involved, so that should be really fun. My bff and I already exchanged gifts, she liked the necklace I gave her and I love the To Have Heroes cd I got from her! Well tomorrow is Christmas Eve and you know what comes next, Christmas Day! I don’t know why I am getting excited about it, I had no idea what I wanted so I have no clue what people got for me. Still I am excited to see if everyone likes what I got for them maybe, even more then I am to see what my mom ended up getting for me. Every year my mom never asks me what I want but she usually ends up getting me nice things so this year should be no different. What I like best that she usually give me is cash! My mom knows cash is what I really need so she give it to me I usually get at least $100 which will be useful when I go to Disney World in Feb. Anyway TTFN!

Luckily I managed to get all my shopping done at Macy’s while I still had an employee discount! I have to say as much as I hated the job, in fact I was planning on quitting right after Christmas; I am still pissed at the way my job there ended. They gave me a bull shit story about how since the holiday season was over they didn’t need me any more when in fact my temporary id said I would be there till the second week of February. In the end the job really was more frustration then it was worth but it still annoys me to think about it. Oh well nothing much I can do about it except not shop at that particular Macy’s. I’m sure I wrote about all this in my last post but I am too lazy to check, lol. TTFN.
